Thank you for entering this Raffle sponsored by the Sidewalk Moving Picture Festival, a project of the Alabama Moving Image Association, Inc. (the “AMIA”). By entering this Raffle, you are stating that you have read the raffle rules and understand them. If you have any questions about the rules below, please contact the Raffle sponsors at 205-324-0888. Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of entry and a legal resident of the United States to be eligible. Raffle drawing will be on November 10, 2011.  Each ticket will be drawn at random and the last remaining ticket shall be the winner.  150 tickets are available, making the odds 1:150.  Winner need not be present at the drawing to win. Winner shall be responsible for any and all federal, state and local income or excise taxes, fees, assessments and like charges associated with the prize.  The winner will be notified within 10 days of the drawing. The prize must be claimed within 30 days of notification. Should the prize not be claimed within such 30 day period, the prize will be automatically forfeited to AMIA. Driver's license or acceptable form of state issued identification must be presented by the Winner before claiming any prize hereunder.  Purchasers, by participating in the Raffle, release and hold harmless AMIA, and their respective partners, licensees, subsidiaries, vendors, agents, representatives, sponsors, and service agencies, directors, officers, employees, independent contractors, successors and assigns, including, without limitation, advertising and promotion agencies, from any and all liability with respect to participation in the raffle or the prize awarded. In the case of any dispute, AMIA’s decision shall be final. No representation is made that the Raffle or these Official Rules are authorized, issued, or approved by any court, official, or agency of the Untied or any State or by any lawyer, law firm, or insurance or brokerage company.
