Crowd Media Holdings Limited (ASX:CM8) Enters into Media Research and NFT Partnerships

Melbourne, Australia, May 17, 2022 – (ABN newswire) – Crowd Media Holdings Limited (ASX:CM8) (HAM:CM3) is pleased to announce the signing of two separate commercial agreements for the integration of its Talking Head artificial intelligence platform into the media search sector and the NFT market.

Since the development of the Talking Head platform began in 2019, 2022 has been designated as the targeted commercialization year. A platform that can produce computer-generated digital avatars, the avatars are then powered by Crowd media Conversational AI that allows them to have real-time conversations with humans, providing AI-generated responses.

Conversational AI for Media Research – SourceFlare Partnership

Crowd media and SourceFlare Ltd entered into a Binding Framework Agreement (HOA) to integrate Crowd media technology in the SourceFlare marketing platform to optimize customer acquisition funnels and lead generation.

Founded in 2018, SourceFlare is an innovative marketing technology company that provides omnichannel customer acquisition and business intelligence technology. The SourceFlare platform applies machine learning and data insights to generate leads for its clients through online mediums such as search engines and social media.

Crowd media will develop a proof of concept (POC) that leverages its Talking Head platform to apply conversational AI to the media research industry. After delivering a POC within 3 months, Crowd will then take it through a “scaling up” phase where digital avatars will generate highly engaging content that will drive customer acquisition funnels and optimize generation leads for SourceFlare customers.

As part of the agreement, SourceFlare will waive license fees for Crowd media to access the SourceFlare platform which will be used by Crowd media Mobile subscription business for B2C customer acquisition purposes. Crowd will be responsible for all media buying expenses incurred on the SourceFlare platform.

Monthly fee of USD $5,000 per month will be payable to Crowd media which will include a non-exclusive, non-sublicensable license fee for access to Crowd’s Talking Head Platform and the ongoing operation and support of the service.

Interactive NFT Projects – Impssbl Partnership

Crowd media and Company IMPSSBL have entered into a Binding Framework Agreement (HOA) to bring Crowd’s Talking Head technology into the NFT marketplace as a series of interactive non-fungible tokens.

Developers behind NFT projects, Impssbl specializes in the application of digital assets in storytelling where NFTs are integrated with artificial intelligence to tell stories through Web3 media.

Under the heads of agreement, Crowd media will grant Impssbl access to the Talking Head platform for the purpose of developing a “bridge” that will convert an AI-generated talking head (aka digital avatar) into NFT artwork.

Impssbl will lead the creation process of NFT and execute the marketing and sales of the created series.

The NFT project will be undertaken in three phases.

– Phase 1 (technical integration): integration of the Crowd’s Talking Head platform with the artistic resources of Impssbl and technical verification of the mutual creation of a visual-conversational chatbot as a non-fungible token.

– Phase 2 (first commercialization): develop and commercialize fully digital and interactive NFT series

– Phase 3 (large-scale commercialization): develop and commercialize several series of NFTs on different channels

Phase 1 is expected to be completed before the end of the first quarter of FY23. Marketing initiatives will then be rolled out by Impssbl with details on the first collection expected to be confirmed in the second quarter of FY23.

The profits generated by the first and future NFT series will be shared with Impssbl to be allocated 70% and Crowd media to be allocated 30%, after recovering technological development expenses and marketing expenses.

For purposes of NFT authentication, Impssbl or an account designated by Impssbl will be classed as the “creator” of any NFT series created under the HoA, Impssbl will collect all fees from the creator and share the profits with Crowd media on a quarterly basis whereby Crowd will receive their entitlement in ETH.
