Modern Aviation Completes Acquisition of Sheltair Aviation FBO Assets at Francis S. Gabreski and Republic Airports

NEW YORK, September 1, 2022 /PRNewswire/ — Today, Modern Aviation announced that it has completed the acquisition of FBO’s assets and operations at Francis S. Gabreski Airport (“FOK”) and Republic Airport ( “FRG”) with Sheltair Aviation, the largest private company in the country. aerial network.

First announced at the end of the third quarter of 2021, the agreement has officially received all necessary government approvals to allow Modern Aviation to resume operations at FOK and FRG.
