TTEC Completes Acquisition of Public Sector and Smart City Assets

The company is accelerating its growth strategy with technology solutions for citizen engagement, ~$19 billion total addressable market

(NASDAQ:TTEC), one of the world’s leading innovators of customer experience (CX) technology and services for end-to-end digital CX solutions, today announced today closed the transaction to acquire certain public sector citizen experience and smart city assets from Faneuil, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of ALJ Regional Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: ALJJ).
