CEO of Glover Technologies Limited, Damilola Layode, said the outdoor display of the Glover app aims to cement Africa as a single market for digital assets.
He said that in order to make this dream come true, his team ensures that its services are spread across the 52 countries of the continent.
This, according to Mr. Layode, will accelerate trade on the African continent.
Speaking at the launch of the Glover app on Thursday, June 16, 2022, he said, “Locally, what we aim to do, we want to consolidate the African digital asset market and how do we get there? making our services available to all 52 markets that make up the continent.”
“At the moment, this location represents the second market on the list. The first being Nigeria. We believe the main market potential lies in our ability to accelerate trade. We want to be the enzyme that catalyzes trade,” he added.
The Glover app will also provide alternative forms of payment as well as in-app trading and storage values.
