White Rock Minerals restructures Mt Carrington JV to focus on other assets

White Rock Minerals Ltd (ASX:WRM, OTCQX:WRMCF)’ Matt Gill speaks with Proactive about the restructuring of the Mt Carrington complement and its joint venture agreement with Thomson Resources. The managing director and CEO explains the interest in changing the initial agreements to move them away from WRM’s vision to develop the gold assets and focus on Thomson’s broader potential with polymetallics, including zinc and copper. The new agreement is an exploration joint venture that fits seamlessly into Thomson’s Hub and Spoke central processing concept in New England, while providing White Rock shareholders with continued exposure to the Mt Carrington asset as that he progresses.
